Complaint Review: Rick Perea Of Tri Global Inc

Tri Global, Inc.
Mortgage Brokers who took our "refundable Loan Application Fee" of $750 Oct23-2006 (have cancelled check) Its 4+mths later (Mar7-2007) we have received Denial Of loan from the Lender. We emailed Tri Global 3 times requesting the refund as promised in our wrtten contract. Excuses and denial and NO refund. We filed a complaint with BBB.

We phoned Broker Rick Perea 3 times and left messages.
Rick Perea returned 1 of our calls while my husband was in a meeting and could not return call.

Now Rick Perea's email calls us "childish and harassing their company" and "since we already got the Appraisal - why do we want our money back?"

No wonder they are Not a BBB member! They do not care about their customers and have the wrong information regarding our contract.

Our 3 email requests for refund from Tri Global were viewed as harassing and childish. The $750 was for a Loan Application Fee Not an appraisal fee. We paid Lender separately for the appraisal!

Not only does Tri Global not admit to what we paid for,
they are not honoring our original agreement for the fee to be refunded IF we did not get the loan.
