Complaint Review: Rick Rosen jr.

Rick Rosen jr. has struck again!

I won't go into alot of detail but long story short I invested $25,000 dollars with Rick Rosen approximately 10 months ago and I was to receive my principal plus $30,000 dollars in a 90 day period of time and then approximately $30,000 every 90 days after that for a year, you do the math. I did recieve my principal plus $5,000 and every excuse and BS story you can imagine since the day I first talked to him. He tried to get more out of me several different ways but that just wasn't going to happen. I originally was to give him $100,000 but was skeptical to begin with so only did the $25k. Since then he has given me every excuse why I haven't received any further payments and I have grown tired of it all and will now leave it in the hands of the law. I do feel lucky to have atleast recieved my principal back but as far as I know he's living off my interest.  Rick will never stop he's done this in the past as you can see in Rip Off reports and he 'll do it again it's his way of life and income.

I have given Rick every opportunity to just come clean and in doing so I wouldn't pursue any law suite, but thats not in his DNA he would rather burn in flames than cleanse his soul. May a higher calling forgive him!
