Complaint Review: Ricks Fencing

Ricks fencing was hired to replace the perimeter fence around my entire neighborhood. The material was chosen and a schedule was put in place so that all homeowners knew when to expect the old fence to be removed and the new installed, that was the only good thing about their service, and I don't think they did that work. When Ricks fence began to do the work I could tell right away that they were cutting corners and just simply doing a poor job. The fence is not level, the posts are not secure in the ground (no concrete maybe), and everywhere the perimeter fence should tie into each owners fence they did not tie them in. Both sections of my fence fell over in the first few weeks because they chose to not tie them together. Now I have had to perform a quick repair to keeps kids and animals from being injured by fencing falling over. Where is Ricks in all this, nowhere to be found Our neighborhood spent about $150k for this fence, we got ripped off. Please take your business to someone else if you need fencing.
