Complaint Review: Ricky Dunn dba Malibu Lawn & Landscape Services

I am one more victim of Mr. Ricky Dunn (dba Malibu Lawn and Landscapes) and the scam he is running (apparently for several years already!) in which Mr. Dunn takes down payment for work and either does not perform the work OR it simply decides not to pay its subcontractors leaving the owner and the provider to deal with the issue. This guy needs a good lesson. BE CAREFUL since he may come across as a trustworthy! - He may even start performing a bit of work so he gains your trust. Post any other experiences or contacts you may have with this individual. Mr Ricky Dunn already has multiple lawsuits and compalints with the Better Business Bureau under other company names he seems to have used in the past (like Professionally Dunn, etc). WATCH OUT and report with the authorities (including the Sheriff).
