Complaint Review: Sun Chua

well i went on this online community called iss or insyleshoes.com it is a web forum where you can interact with other people to talk about shoes sell and buy shoes and this person and i agreed to make a transaction in which him and i trade shoes .

i was supposed to send first at the indicated address of sunn chua ,201 lambreth lane #7,syracuse ny 13210
i sent and he has already recieved it and till this day about a week later have not received shoes .i asked many other members of the forum who have delt or is dealing with this person as of now if they have came into any problems and many have o0ne even provided me with another different shipping address, so i really dont know who i sent my shoes to .here is the other address the forum member has provided me with Richard Wang,34 monroe st apt cd-9,new york, new york 10002

so yeah many others are getting frauded not just me i would appreciate if the proper authorities can do something aobu this guy if so i would really appreciate it thank you very much
