This is a horrible company. They assumed my copier machine lease contract from "Lanier". They implemented additional charges whenever they could. Attempts at communicating them were futile. The appearance of a national company gives the reality of always a voice mail to simply leave messages. I leased a machine, paid for the machine to be serviced and when it broke down, the company refused to service it. Wait, refuse to service is too kind of words...they would not answer the phone so that I can tell them to service the machine.

Upon the expiration of the lease, now they are available for contact. They tried to strong arm me into extended a previously negotiated fixed term lease.

Their business practices involve "nickel and diming" and then being evasive and elusive when they are asked to do something.

I have run a business for 18 years and this is the first time I have ever voiced a complaint about a company. I have dealt with many negative situations but this company has been systematice in their [what I think is] deceptive practices.
