Riddexplus the company would not replace the bad units and they would not give me and address to send the produce back they said i had a 90day guarentee on the wed it say its guarntee for a year In Texas internet

i bought a riddex plus less the a year ago. the produce never worked and i have been calling costomer service every two months for a year. the frist time they told me they would send me a replacement unit.i never recieved it .durning this hold time i was never given an address to send the bad units back the company.

costumer service is hard to understand ,.they are rude, they wont help you, and they will hang up on you .i want my money backor a unit that dose what the ad states on tv .i am ready to sue. add me with anyone who is sueing them. i am a insurance agent it i treated my clients like that i would have no business. please help me i have never been treated so bad and lied too.
