You will have to write a letter - send it certified mail with return receipt.
It may not stop them from calling - but everytime they call they are violating the law and you can SUE THEM. Keep track of all the calls, even if you have to record them
Check your state laws about recording calls, Most require that you inform the caller it is being recorded, some do not.
