Complaint Review: Riddle And Associates

I was contacted at 7pm on 6-3-08, asking for a John Garcia, which i am not, I asked them to stop calling and was told that this was the number on the account, i asked which state they were calling, and was told my state, I asked well what is my state, i was given the spill that all that I said was recorded and would be used against me, I said well that is fine except I am not who you are looking for. I then told them to stop calling, that this was an verbal request to drop my number and hung up. 2 min later they called back but the line was put on hold, this happend about 30 times with in an hour and I had the number traced and turned into the Phone Harrasement center of my phone company who will then turn over to the authorities with the total number of call made to my home from that number as well as the frequency of times.

I then called the number back and when i got a associate, I informed them of what I did and to stop the calls. The calls continued at 830pm until 9pm. 16 times.
