This company called 2-3 times a day repeatedly over 5 days with recorded messages for a person unknown to my family. We would hang up after the first couple of calls, but the calls kept coming.
This past weekend, I pressed "0" to speak with a person re this call, and the offices were closed. Today, I spoke with a company "representative". I stated that the calls were harrassing in nature - recordings, hang-ups, etc.
I also stated that no person by that name lived at this residence. I asked for our phone number to be removed from their calling list. He stated that he could not do so without a "reference" number.
I stated that I would report this company's actions to the Utah State Bar Association for abuse and harassment. He stated for me to do whatever I had to do" and refused to remove our number.
