Beware of the company Ride In Style Limousine located at 30025 Alicia Parkway Suite 160 Laguna Niguel CA 92667. The owner is Dorian R. Keyes. They advertise in the Orange County Entertainment Book for 50% off the rental so I called and set up an 8 hour rental. I thought I would be able to have a great relaxing and enjoyable day but that was not the case.

The day started with the Limo showing up to my house and immediately the driver was rude to my wife demanding a credit card (I was on my way home from running errands) she explained to him that I would be taking care of it to which he asked her again. When I got back I took care of that and we got into the car and headed to our destination of Temecula. The freeways were full of traffic and the car pool lane was open and we had asked the driver to get into it which he would not so our drive there was 2.5 hours which made us late for our lunch reservations.

After our lunch we went into the winery for some tastings and then to another winery and upon reaching the 2nd winery the driver approached us and told me he needed us to wrap it up and we needed to go back as he had a wedding booked in LA. Mind you I had rented for 8 hours and was told by Dorian Keyes that one of the reasons I should book his company is that they do not double book like other limo companies. This happened at 2:30 (4 hours into our 8 hour rental).

I asked him if we could stop at 1 more as we had planned our day and he took us to the 3rd stop. Again he was standing behind us and pestering us to hurry up. So finally we gave in and complied.

We arrived back to our house at 6:05 (8 hours) and the driver thanked us and left. Later that night I realized I had forgotten my phone in the car and called Dorian R. Keyes to make arrangements to get it back. He answered the phone and began yelling at me saying I made him late for his next booking. I told him not my fault as I booked it for 8 hours. He began threatening me and told me I would not see my phone again. He also told me I had trashed his limo, vomitted in it, burned the seats with cigarettes and accused me of using drugs. Never have I done any of these things. I could not speak with him as he is far from professional so my wife tried to which he continued the same tone and commentary to her and added that he was going to come over to our house and shove my phone right up my a*s. That is when we called the Police Department.

The bottom line is this was a horrible experience and they lure you in with promises and do not come close to delivering. I had to buy a new phone for $400 and who knows what he is going to charge my credit card for what he claims happened to his car that he made up. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Response to ridiculous report

I was there the day that Andrew showed up late for his detailing appointment, and during the negotiations to do the work in trade.

The job he did was horrendous, to say the least. There were wax patches on both cars from bumper to bumper, the insides had not been done, the mirrors hadn't been cleaned nor had either of the bars in both vehicles. One of the limousines had the decanter holder broken, and another had the rubber seal inside the trunk broken. He had just started working on the second vehicle when the owner stepped out to pick up his son. Andrew and his associate immediately left. The owner returned after about 10 minutes and he called Andrew to inquire how they could've detailed a limousine in just 10 minutes. Andrew had no answer. The owner was very disappointed with the "work" performed but still agreed to honor the agreement of trade.

Two weeks later we received an emailed invoice demanding $225 (NOT $500 as stated in his claim). We received repeated invoices for this amount, and each time there was a reply sent detailing our dissatisfaction but that the original trade agreement would still be honored.

Not only did Andrew never respond, nor was any money ever agreed upon other than trade to try out the initial service, but the work performed was a disaster and costly, as items on both vehicles had been broken by the incompetence of Andrew Galinski and his associate. Since then we have received numerous invoices all for $255, yet now Andrew has posted this fraudulent and slanderous posting claiming it was $500 and that he was "ripped off" when in fact we were the ones that were ripped off.

Because of these fradulent, slanderous statements posted on the internet for the world to see, these matters will be dealt with legally from this point forward.

Rebuttal to Greg's false statements of Ride in Style

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, January 25, 2008

I am shocked at everything I have just read from Greg on this Rip Off report. Every statement he made is 100% untrue and ludicris. The reason why Greg is so upset is because on the way back from his Temecula run he and his girlfriend and three of his employees were smoking marijuana in the back of the limousine. The driver had to pull over three separate times asking him to put it out. This apparently infuriated Greg. Not only did he continue to smoke on the 2 hour drive home, but he got so drunk that he threw up all over the inside of the limousine, broke 7 glasses, and burned three holes in the leather seating.

When the driver finally got to his home, he had to help carry Greg into the house. Approximately 2 hours later we received a call from Greg at the office inquiring about his lost cell phone. Greg was so intoxicated we had to have him repeat himself several times in order to understand what he was saying. When we explained to him that we did not find his cell phone, it was he that threatened me that he was going to come to my office to find his phone and shove it up my a*s, not the other way around as he stated in his complaint! As he continued to scream obscenities, I had no choice but to hang up on him. He continued to call over and over again harassing the employees, to the point that it was I who had to call the police to make him stop. The reason why Greg is so unhappy is because not only was a criminal complaint filed against him for his barage of threats, but a civil complaint as well for all the damage done to the vehicle.

I find it remarkable that an individual can not only cause so much damage and financial stress for no reason other than they apparently have a drinking and/or drug problem, but is actually willing to make matters worse by posting such an incredibly untrue statement on the internet. I am appalled.

As far as the ridiculous double booking comments and the driver being rude, I don't even feel that a response is necessary.

It's unfortunate that Greg has the time and feels the need to defame a company with an immaculate reputation and a high-end clientele. He clearly was not the sort of client we are used to, nor wish to serve again. It is my personal opinion that he should seek psychiatric advice.
