To whom it may concerns
I was at the chandler location today 02/20/2013 between 4:15pm and 5:15pm trying to buy a tire mount, rear bumper and a Polaris storage box for my RZR 800 for the total of $600.00.
The sales person asked me to go ahead and pay at the register while he grabs my items witch I thought was weird, any way I waited for him for about 20 to 25 minutes to get my goodies and every time he comes out he tells me that he is still looking for the parts.
When he came out with the boxes I did ask him if my parts were brand new and he assured me that they were, so I opened up the bumper box and I was shocked of the condition of the part, it was rusty all scratched up obviously well used and beat up.
When I asked him again about the part he said he is going to get me a new one with shame.
I did not argue with him about trying to rip me off but I turned my back and walked out of the store.
I'm a good paying customer and I was very disgusted by the way you treat your customers.
I will never spend a dime again in your stores
PS : not to mention that I have tried to buy my RZR 800 from them twice but the sales manager was absolutely rude (grey hair with tattoos on his arms) and told me "oh you're the one that made the ridiculous offer" wanted to show off in front of his staff.
Guess what, somebody else accepted that ridiculous offer and I was more than happy to give him my cash."star island Motorsport in Prescott,AZ"
It cost me a couple of hours of driving but it was well worth every second of it.
Besides they sold me a tire that I knew it was overpriced and I bought it anyway because I needed it.
Shame on me the first time, shame on you the second time
