Complaint Review: Ridegear.com Allrides Inc. Ridegear

Placed an order in April for multiple items. Was informed that the items were on backorder and would not ship for 6 weeks. Told that I had the option to cancel for refund, so I cancelled my order. Have been waiting for the refund for 5 months.

Called many, many times, never an answer, just teminal hold. Actually spoke to two different people in April and was told that it takes time for a refund and that they were sorry. Also sent four contacts through the web site about this situation and have never received a response.

Do not order from this site, they are criminals. Many other motorcycle gear web sites that are legitimate.
