I originaly ordered 3 items- rain gear, gloves, and helmet for my motorcycle. My helmet arrived the next week with a letter in the box stating my other products will arrive in a separate shipment. After two weeks I called there customer service line (877) 434-4327, after many hours of on hold with multiple dropped calls by there automated system, I talked to a representative whom said that my order is backlogged and it will be a month before it is shipped, I said that is O.K. I will wait.

After a month I called again and asked for a refund there reply was, o.k. it will be deposited in your paypal account in the next billing cycle. It never was, it has now been 3 months since my original order and two months since my original refund request with no refund in sight. I have e-mailed this company at least 5 times regarding my refund with no reply. I have called the custemer service line a spoke to a representative who stated again that my refund will be completed.

DO NOT do business with this company if you value you time and money. They will rip you off and you will have no avenues to reclaim your money!!!!
