When I was living here after a month I contacted my realator to ask if there is ahoa because I haven't been contacted and he said if there is one you will be contacted. lakeland Florida
I have been living at this house in Oct 4yrs and have not seen any HOA information or any packets until my daughter was served on my behalf on the 18th of sep 2018. I can't understand why it took 4yrs for this company who claims they're legit to serve me papers knowing this community where I live is not gated nor the entrance to the ridgepointe has very little land..so to my understanding from a neighbor that actually got a lawyer because seems it wasn't legit..which they went after this HOA..keep up my up keep and I only I responsible for my upkeep on my property..I find it confusing if they have this fictions HOA what are they actually collecting the money for? And why did it take four years to get a hold of me? Sounds like a big rip off to people who are having to be subjected to this scam..
