Ridgid Tools - Home Depot Warranty is a Ripoff Michigan Nationwide SCAM LIFETIME WARRANTY ON RIDGID TOOL Nationwide
I bought a cordless power drill, hammer drill, cutting saw, 2 cordless drill set from Home Depot and was sold when they told me it had a lifetime warranty on the tools and batteries. It was a great tool. I sent in the registration and they lost it. Now they refuse to stand behind their product. Their name is all over it. Home Depot played dumb and Ridgid thinks they are cleaver by saying it was not registered. I am not convinced they looked.
Both Home Depot and Ridgid lied. When I bought it I was told just bring the bad battery back to the store and they would give me a new one. When the time came they cheated. Do not buy this product and do not trust either company. So dissappointed. I just bought RIDGID generator - I will return this to home depot it scare me after I had deal first hand regarding lifetime warranty bs.... Please think twice before you all buy this brand.

So the REAL issue is that YOU didnt ACTUALLY register the product. Sorry but this is ALL on you!!! You can claim you sent in a card, but that is not registering it really. To be 100% sure you should have done it on their website. Which is what they are going to reference. So WHO is REALLY at fault? you FOR not REGISTERING or THEM for NOT buying YOUR story. Im going to go out on a limb here and suggest that YOU didnt actually register it and expected because it was a RIGID tool that they would just give you a new battery. Which would mean YOUR post is filled with lies designed ONLY to make YOU look like the best victim possible. I have dealt with RIGID as a customer and they DO work with you, IF you can prove WHEN you made your purchase. Im also going to bet that YOU are one of those ppl who dont make copies of the reciepts you recieve. Which would mean that when RIGID asked YOU for that information, YOU couldnt provide it. Perhaps its the self entitlment YOU have but its causing YOU to miss where YOU are trying to commit a type of fraud. Just because YOU have a RIGID product doesnt mean that YOU actually purchased it. YOU could have got it at a yard sale. YOU could have stolen it. There are MANY ways to have recieved that item WITHOUT registering it in YOUR NAME. Its doesnt mean that RIGID has to do ANYTHING for you unless YOU can provide proof of purchase or that YOU registered it. RIGID not just giving in to your demands is NOT a ripoff. In fact its the other way around. YOU are trying to ripoff RIGID for some battery packs and when they tell YOU it isnt going to happen, YOU go on the web and attempt to extort the product out of them by fileing the worst possible report you can. Somewhere along the line someone told you to go to the web and make a defaming post and YOU would get your way. Im sorry but that just is NOT the case. What YOU have done is PURE defamation!!!! YOU level accusations without one shred of proof one way or the other. YOU do it WILLINGLY and WITH MALICE because RIGID didnt give you your way. The are real life consequences for making and posting lies on the web. If YOU cant afford a prolonged legal battle against a giant corporation then you shouldnt post lies. heres a novel idea, how about just admitting that YOU screwed up and learn from it. WHY is it so hard for YOU as a supposed adult to accept YOUR role in all of this?? WHY is it ALWAYS someone elses fault for YOU not getting your way? YOU should perhaps seek therapy to address these issues.
