John and Penny were super nice sounding old folks from CA. They not only haven't paid their bill, but tried to talk it down in the first place. I am an appraiser with about ten years experience thought they sounded like upstanding people. Now they won't even return phone calls and/or emails.
From the looks of this site, they're screwing appraisers across the country.
