Right At Home Health Care Agency Tacoma Dale Dyck Anderson, Faith Cho Yo Anderson, Rimona Anderson, Walter Anderson, RAH Staffing, Pieta PC, Faith & Spirit, Inc. Embezzlement of client security deposits, overcharging clients, not paying employees Tacoma Washington
Important notice to all those former vulnerable clients and employees of Right At Home Tacoma, operated by Dale Dyck Anderson and his wife 'Faith' Cho Yo h*o Anderson, son Walter Anderson and daughter Rimona Anderson:
Over the 8 years they were in business, they capitalized on senior citizens who could no longer track their own expenses and their families or other appropriate appointments could interpret or understand the crooked business practicies of Right At Home Tacoma (aka known as Faith & Spirit, Inc., Pieta PC, Spanaway Right At Home, Lacey Right At Home, RAH Staffing Services, RAH Training Center, RAH Staffing Services).
After robbing clients of hundreds of thousands of dollars (from charging them for holiday pay, over time pay, and other labor fees and expenses that they never paid to employees, plus keeping their large security deposits and pretending that corporate was holding up their money), these folks finally shut down as that business. Its not over---they are back at it again---the greed is in their blood!
They were seen on 03/24/2014 at the Veterans Administration in Seattle trying to get referrals for their new business. They have filed for personal bankruptcy at the US Federal Courthouse, Western Division, in Tacoma, Washington, case #14-41256. They are not claiming they owe any wages or money to any former clients. If you or any other person you know that hired Right At Home Tacoma for inhome services, you were likely overcharged if you were charged for a holiday (as the caregiver was not paid) and if you were charged any mileage fees, the caregivers were likely not reimbursed for their expenses, and if you did not receive a security deposit refund after services ended. If you want to stop these soon-to-be-felons, please go to wawd.uscourts.gov and get a 'proof of claim' form and send it to the Trustee at US Courthouse, 1717 Pacific Ave., Room 3100, Tacoma, WA 98402, and put the case number #14-41256, concerning the bankruptcy case of Dale Dyck Anderson, etal, his wife, his daughter, his son, his aliases, etc. and let them know that you have not been paid or that you were swindled by these persons and the franchise, so that the Trustee and judge knows that the Andersons, etal have not revealed all to the federal government. They are hiding assets---if they were broke, they would not have the funding and licensing to start all over again. The money they have needs to be returned to the right ful owners; former employees and former customers. Their hearing is at 10:30 am Court room J at the Union Station, 1717 Pacific Avenue, Room 3100, Tacoma. Their attorney is William L. Beecher.
Equally important is that over 60 caregivers/employees/contract workers never received their full pay, some have not been paid for a month or two, yet the Andersons have reapplied for a permit with Department of Health as another business to operate another in home care services agency. If you are owed money, please contact lni.wa.gov and file a complaint, and hope a bond or insurance is still in effect.
If a fabulous ambitious attorney would step up and make a name for himself or herself for the benefit of the vulnerable senior citizens, disabled veterans and caregivers making minimum wage--who have had their power shut off or have been evicted due to the unfair business, labor practices and business model of Right at Home corporate--corporate would likely pay you to stop a class action lawsuit. They are already offering persons who have contacted Jason McGargill jmcargargill@rightathome.net a minor settlement for wages and other damages owed, just to keep them quiet and to help control damage with the other franchise owners. For a whole month's wages, they offered one employee $140.00, yet corporate collected over 10k on the royalties of that one employee's work just in the last year, and she has not been paid.
A good attorney would get trebel/triple damages for the employees from corporate and refunds for clients...as corporate turned their head over and over again from complaints, saying they are not responsible. Now they are chasing employees to keep them from working for other companies and taking former abandonded or dissatisifed clients with them. This is a terrible franchise. Go back to the small business local owner and help stop corporate corruption! No Competition clauses are for businesses operating by the law. RAH TAcoma did not even have a current Department of Health In Home Services license the last two months they were in operation.
