Right Now Heating and Cooling Ally Lending Installed a badly refurbished ductless air conditioner with no freon. Pump went out and ruined antique books and other personal property the fix was a mess and soon broke again. Are refusing to fix or replace and will not cancel the contract through Caldwell Idaho
Right Now Heating and Cooling installed a ductless air conditioner and arranged for financing through Ally Lending. Not long after installation, the pump quit working and leaked water destroying personal property.
The repair person fixed it by installing a pump outside the unit so it would be easier to fix next time. In doing so, he tore a hole in a filter that never needs replacing. He did not offer to replace the filter.
His fix soon broke and now, Right Now is refusing to put in a new unit, properly repair the old one, or cancel my contract with Ally Lending.
