Complaint Review: Right Honda of Scottsdale

I've had my Honda serviced by Right Honda in Scottsdale for 3 years.   Unfortunately I've been very dissatisfied with  my last two trips to the service department for routine oil changes and scheduled maintenance.   On both occasions I've had to take my auto back for rework.   Taking time away from my job to bring my auto back is frustrating enough - but on the most recent incident the service adviser acted like this situation was just routine - no big deal.  Apparently getting the work done right the first time around isn't that much of a priority to them anymore.   If that's how they're going to treat their customers - then fine - I'm going elsewhere for service.
