My husband and I decided to move to Colorado from California on June. We asked a moving company "Star Van Lines, 4735 N.W. 103 Ave., Bay 6, Sunrise, FL 33351" to give us an estimate and meanwhile the company requested a deposit that we fedexed to them. The company also scheduled the pick-up date to be July 18. From July 7 and July 18, the company did not contact or
inform us on our business.

They arrived on July 18 and loaded our belongings to the truck. Then showed the contract. I was surprised the moving company was "Right-on-time". I don't understand if it is legal for Star Van lines to sell our business to Right-on-time (11255 Vanowen St. N. Hollywood CA91605) without informing us before the truck came. Since we needed to move out of our apartment soon, we had no choice but to follow.

One part of the contract, like the last victim posted on your website, asked us to agree they have the right to take up to 14 business days to deliver from the date of July 27. I thought it was unreasonable to take this long, so I did not sign, but they verbally promised that we should get our belongings on July 27.

Now we are in Colorado, almost everyday or every other day calling "Right-on-time" for the exact date of delivery. Their answer has been "I don't know." and they keep on saying they have the right of taking up to 14 days that we have not agreed or signed.

Right after looking at the Rip-off report of "Right-on-time" online, now I am even more worried that they will totally damage our priceless belongings, including our wedding album. I now try to spend whatever effort to protect my belongings and avoid from becoming another victim of "Right-on-time".

I am interested in the concept in the ripoffrevenge website and I hope it will work for us and we are willing to pay for the effort. Meanwhile, we are seeking help from National TV network too. If my belongings is totally lost, I will do whatever effort to make this mover out-of-business. (for the righteousness, not for the law protecting companies.)
