Right touch movers Total scam!!!!! Fresh meadows New york
My family of 4 were suppose to move today. The company and the reps seemed nice. They required a $100 deposit and then sent a confirmation email with all the details. our original moving day was postponed and approved to be switched to the following week. The day before they called and confirmed with my husband, saying we needed to pay in cash.
Today, the morning of the scheduled move, the company called saying they were going to be late due to truck trouble. We said it was necessary to move today because all of our belongings were packed. They called later in the day to tell us they were not coming to move us. It left my husband, myself and my two young children stuck with packed boxes but no one to relocate us. Our cable was even disconnected as of today! This company is such a scam!!!!! The most unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from a buisness!!!! Completely unreliable!!!!!!
