I (too) applied for personal loan through this company who approved me 100% guaranteed for $5,000. The company asked for collateral payment $800 and insurance $770 (on two separate occassions so two different western union fees). I was guaranteed the loan would be in my account, unfortunately this occurred on a Saturday. They did "Automatic Refund" . I fear a no refund and I can't reach anyone.

As you see in my title I have been took. (During the holiday season) I have been told I will get refund in two weeks. I have yet to recieve the "refund letter" I requested as well I can not reach a single person in customer service. In the last two days I have called or should I say attempted to speak to any one individual for over twenty times. I am frustrated, angry, and see others have been affected as well. I was told by Supervisor "Gus Sambrao" that I would recieve confirmation email of refund with no result. Please contact me if you are in similar positions.

Sorry to hear of your situation. I too was ripped off by the same company, and have written my own rip-off report.

I did my own research and found several other webpages I believe to be connected to this same scam. One being prudentfinancial.com.. does the webpage look familiar? The address is for a service garage.

I called the company to officially ask for my money back(to say I tried). At the end of the call I told the guy I knew I was being scammed. He got all flustered and spouted off something like, "your loan will be on hold for 30days then you can call back for a refund". I'll hold my breath.

I guess we'll all have to stick to that boring old saying "if it's too good to be true, it is"

if you're reading this rebuttal and have had a similar situation, write me. maybe we can get these people
