I can not get this company to send me replacement parts that were damaged in shipment. Also missing parts when I received my scooter. I send e-mails no response. I call, they either don't answer the phone or it is always busy. Once when I first got a hold of Brad, I was told I needed to e-mail a picture of the damaged part. Of course I needed to buy a digital camera to take the picture. I did all of this and sent an e-mail three times. I still have gotten no response from anyone in this company.
