rightnetworks.com Online service does not work. No support. Internet
We just signed up for QuickBooks hosting service. That was fast and easy and their sales people on chat were responsive.
We were unable to connect and have tried calling, using their support chat (separate from sales), and email. The support chat said 22 people were waiting to be served and never moved from there. A phone call to support landed us on hold and nobody answered the phone. And an email to support went unanswered.
