This company is a rip off. I ordered the trial product in October 2011. It is now 11-28-2011 and I still have not received it. I called today to see when it would be here and spoke with Cody ID 4029 who claims it was sent via Fedex. I told him I did not receive it and he told me it is my responsibility to track it. I told him they never gave me a tracking number so how could I track it. He said well I will give it to you now...over a month later. I asked for a supervisor and he refused to give me one. I called fedex and was told they have no signor for this package. I have never received it and want my product or my money back. These people at this company are so rude and all they want is your money. I will never do business with them again EVER.
