RightSourceRX is an online pharmacutical company who provides 90 supplies of medications via mail order.  I was told on the phone that anything over $250 has to be confirmed before your credit card is charged.  When the gentleman told me my medication was going to cost around $650, I told him NO.  I do not want it at this time.

They billed me anyways and sent me the medication.  I did not have the money for this.  I incurred $175 in overdraft fees before they were able to make my account right again.

All phone calls are recorded.  I asked to hear the call where I gave consent for the $650ish draft.  They would not produce it and said I had to go through this long grievance process before there would be any chance of them making me whole.

All I want is for them to cover the $175 of overdraft charges that I would have never incurred had they not erroneously charged my card.
