Multiple ways exist for them to get your money. There exists NO WAY to resolve problems. There are plenty of apologies but no resolution for nine (9) months of attempting to get prescriptions registered for my medication so that refills will be handled without problems. While waiting for an individual to apologize and get nothing accomplished towards resolving the problem there will be numerous recorded messages telling you to go to their website. HOWEVER, emails say there are no refills, Customer Services says there are, pharmacists say there are not - nolbody knows why the website is always different and there are conflicting messages. Everyone says they are working on the website - after nine (9) months there has been no change to the inaccurate reports. Today I learned an unbelieveable fact: If they are refilling MORE THAN ONE (1) prescription for you, they give different individuals the various parts of your refill order. How's that for a Laurel & Hardy film.

Don't sign up for Humana/RightSourceRx. Now's the time to do the research on your prescriptions and find a reasonable cost and find a better duo than Humana/RightSource. WellCare was an excellent resource. I went with Humana to save a few bucks but the hours spent calling back and forth, the headaches and increased levels of hypertension are not worth it.
