My Wife and I bought a Chrysler Sebring 2007 from the Traverse City store
in which we put a lot of money down and it was the worst mistake we have
ever made. We have not driven the car for over 2 weeks now that winter has hit.

But this was not the start of our problems. When we first bought this
vehicle we did get the 5 star coverage. Well 2 weeks after purchasing
the Sebring our engine light turned on. So I took it to a mechanic and
he said " The Catalytic converter was bad in the Sebring and he could
not believe after only 70k miles on it." So I called Insurance company
and they said they will not cover it because it is a wear and tear on
the vehicle. (I remind you we bought the 5 star coverage) I called the
Traverse City dealership RightWay where we bought it from told the
manager the situation that we would have to pay 600 dollars out of our
own pocket to get Catalytic converter fixed. RightWay manager says "What
do you want us to do about it?" I finally convinced him to pay half but
in my opinion he should have paid all of it. We have had numerous of
problems since. For instance reason we do not drive the Sebring because
we have no heat and can't afford to get it fixed. Also the car has
stalled on us a few times and we have another light showing up in which
is Electronic throttle control light and that is not good at all. Most
of these problems are wear and tear so basically it seems to me they fix
what is covered by insurance but they do not fix what is wear and tear
so later on you have to pay for it not them.........

"we did get the 5 star coverage."

You DID read the contract coverage before purchasing it, right?

Have you even read it, yet? You should, you know.
