Complaint Review: Rightway Marine Cargo L.L.C

I am another victim of Rightway Marine Cargo, L.L.C and Ajoy Lopez, it's Director. The report about how this company takes your money and preys on expats in the UAE is right- am yet another example of that! I hired them and dealt only with Mr. Ajoy Lopez to ship 28 boxes of my things via air freight from Abu Dhabi to Cairo where I was relocating. I fully paid the amnout agreed upon based on Lopez' proposal. The service I paid for was " door to door". Two individuals came to my house and packed 28 boxes, I paid them the full amount and was promised per the the contract that they would ship within 4 -6 days. That was on October 9, 2011. To date, December 18, 2011, my boxes have not shipped. I have emailed Lopez requesting info about the whereabouts of my boxes and have called but he doesn't reply to emails, doesn't answer his phones and in fact turns them off. He has lately completely disappeared. I called 2 days ago and he answered the call but wouldn't say anything. I called again and he again decided to ignore the call. His agent in Cairo has requested info regrading the shipment but Lopez again just ignores everything. When I didn't get a hold of him, he would promise shipment within 2 days but wouldn't ship offering an excuse about " no planes available". He refuses to provide information about Anything and everything and he is the only one apparently in the company. He must be stopped from defrauding , stealing people 's property , etc. Etc.
