I should have asked around before I went to this place. No one recommended them. There are numerous complaints filed with the better bussiness bureau by other people ripped off by them.
I paid to have an alarm system installed in my van by RIM CITY the next day I noticed that my AC and heat was not working. Not knowing the guy at RIM CITY messed up the wiring in my van, I took it to a AC & Heat mechanic at (((ROR redacted competitor's name))). They repaired it and said "Whoever installed the alarm knew little about what they were doing and that the blower motor had been connected to a dead block. It took about an hour to track down the problem and fix it. When I went back to RIM CITY they said I should have brought the van back to them first!? They don't work on the heat and cooling why would I do that? They're supose to be alarm installers, and they're no good at that! Stay away from this place at 9647 S. Ewing THEY WILL GET YOU!!!! BEWARE!
