Rina Cooks is a con artist! She targets high school kids and recruits through their schools which makes it seem like it's a legit company (Kidz World USA).
She collected $25 from each student for uniforms that failed to materialize. The kids are promised to work at events where
they're to entertain small kids. She makes a profit out of these poor high school kids and they never got a penny in the end.
Rina is still around hiring more kids up to this time. She's never followed up on anything that she said. She fools people at orientations, making it seem like she cares about the kids but all she cares about is making money at the kids' expense.
She's really good at acting, she's probably been doing this a long time that she's started to believe her own stories. Even her own kids are involved in the scam, what a shame!
