In Feb. 2009, I purchased a car from RING MY BELL AUTO SALES in ARLINGTON , TEXAS. The car was a 2000 S-Type Jaguer, I gave down $3000.00 dollars which was more then the 25% down. My payment were for 24 months at about 417.00 per month. I did not notice my contact but they ended charging me 13,000.00 for the Car. But that was my fault, but again that's a dealer taking advantage of a tried customer.

I made my first payment on time in March , and my second payment was late about 6 days, because I was out of town. The problem begin in May, when I was late on my payment again, I mailed my payment in late May, but payment was returned no postage in early June, I called to make arrangements and was told no problem, well on June 14, my car was repo for being late one payment. THIS WAS AFTER MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY PAST DUE AND CURRENT PAYMENTS BY MONDAY JUNE 15th.

I was told that I had to pay the total balance or I was going to forfeit the car, which I could not do. I went on June 15th to make the late and current payemnt , with any repo charges and they would not except my payment wanting the total balance.

Also, they would not let me pick up my belongs from the car, they decided to go and put them in boxes. Which most repo places let you go to your car and get your stuff , they went through all my belongs. I have my wedding band missing and over 460.00 dollars missings from a gym bag. but I will be taking them to small claims court on that. Today I filed a police report on all my mising items.

Please don't buy your car from here, all they did was take my $3000.00 dollar downpayment and rip me off four months later.

I have purchase from small companies before and they have always been helpful or worked with me in times of need. This was the first time a problem had occur and too take this type of action the first time is unfair for any customer.

So please stay away from RING MY BELL AUTO SALES dealer, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF the first chance they get.

Feel free to contact me for more information.

Unhappy in DFW Area.

Dude,

Maybe you should get your payment s on time in the future,

I bought a car from ring my bell, they were very nice

If you weren't 3 months late on your payment you could still be rolling around with you Jaguar, but don't go on making late payments then complain about you car being ripped if you cant afford a jaguar then next time get ya a Kia for 5888

Ring my bell keep up the good work.

Will definitely do business with ring my bell again.

"The problem begin in May, when I was late on my payment again,"

No. The problem began in April, when you were late with the second payment. The problem escalated in May when you were late with the third payment. So, out of three payments, you only made one on time. That's a pretty poor record. If I were your lender, I would not be confident that you were capable of living up to your end of the contract. Most high risk lenders will pull the plug on a loan with such a lousy repayment record. You ripped yourself off on this deal.
