Complaint Review: Ring

Ring Was doorbot First $200. Unit wouldn't even come on, 2nd $200. Unit eps where we found it didn't do anything as advertised. Spent 2 weeks trying to get their customer service to help (advertise 24/7 but only answering service). Finally the reps just stop calling back as promised and hope you will go away. I've spent $600. On these things (1still unopened) and have yet had it to work. Santa Monica California

 I bought this to replace a Video Door Phone I had for a couple years. I have a new Grandson (8 mo.) who loved to push the button and hear Grandpa yell "hey Benny Boy". These folks push audio clarity, ability to answer anywhere, so I bought it. 1st one wouldn't even come on (I had taken the other unit off), so I immediately ordered one to replace it (Amazon & PayPal ) When installed you could not understand incoming audio or response. 3 weeks later after hours of wait and telephone customer service their folks just stop calling back as promised ( Roman who had a supervisor beside him said if it wouldn't work they would refund my money just stopped calling as promised. I had ordered another and now have one that wouldn't come on, one on the door that will not function and another that hasn't been opened, they promise another tech will call me within 72 hours. "DON'T BUY THIS" .
