Back in November 2010 I was considering the option of upgrading my existing plan with RingCentral. I was contacted by their representative many times. 

She explained to me that the phone equipment was FREE if I would commit to a two years contract.   I was decided to enhance my service and I asked to send me the contract for review before we could proceed; and as I was going out of town the following morning I would answer upon my return a week later. 

She put me on hold to email me the contract and SIMULTANEOUSLY she pressed the hold button I've received a notification of charges to my credit card. Two charges she placed to my card ONE for the plan upgrade ( it went from $36 to $125) and TWO for the equipment that was supposed to be FREE with the plan upgrade. 

I did not authorize the charges and I was livid because I was in the process of considering and I didn't make a final decision. I told her that beforehand and she disregarded my message. 

I felt glad to have my instant spends notification but very disappointed about the way they handle business. 
I am sure she bet I wouldn't notice that in a week and then, oh well it's done.  The following morning I spoke to the billing department to reverse the charges and my account status. 

That handling made up my mind about their Sales Department.  When I decided to upgrade, I did it on my own terms online with out a hunger unscrupulous sales person. 

My advice to everyone is : BE AWARE OF RINGCENTRAL....
