I saw the ad on the web indicating I could download ring tones for the cell phone I have. Upon reviewing the ad I understood that my phone (LG vx6000) with Verizon was able to download ring tones. After purchasing 20 ringtones for my phone and paying with my credit card I tried to download the ring tones with out any success. I tried three diferent times to contact the help deck to help me download the items I purchased.

This has been on going for two weeks and I to this date have not heard from this company. I don't know if this report will do any good but I feel if this company (Ringophone) fails to respond to their customers they need to be reported on as being a rip off to let others know not to use this company.

Thank you

I have a Samsung V-205 cell phone through T-Mobile, and I also subscribed to Ringophone. When attempting to download, I would get error messages "forbidden" or "file not available". When I emailed Customer Service, I got no response. I also discovered that certain words (rip-off being one) will get your email rejected. I finally was able to cancel, but was out $12.00 before I got out of it.
