Ringophone ripoff did not provide service paid for no response for reimbursement request Internet

I purchased the download ringtone service from ringophone.com and never received the ringtones I ordered. I contacted the company via email (2-3 times) as this is the only given form of contacting them. I received an automatic email after each of my emails stating that someone would be contacting me shortly. I was NEVER contacted. I asked for assistance in the downloading in the first email and asked to be refunded in the second and third. Still NO response. Not only do I want to be refunded, but I want to make sure that I am not charged again by them in the future. I could not find on the website any way to close the account. Please help.
