Ringside Collectibles ripoff They sent us the wrong items took them back and did not return my 10 year old son's birthday money! Internet
My 10 year old son ordered about six wrestling figures from this website.
He only received two of the figures he ordered. He decided to keep two of the wrong figures and he returned two figures.
I was told to pay shipping and I would be reimbursed. I was also told that we would receive the Ray Mysterio and John Cena figures we ordered.
I have the e-mails that contain all this information. On 7/11/06 I received an e-mail stating that the return was received and I would be getting a check for $28.76.
I asked several times for Ringside Collectibles to please send my son his birthday money back that he chose to spend on action figures that he never even received. He waited patiently for six weeks because he wanted the figures so badly.
This company did not send our order for six weeks, they sent the wrong items, they made me pay to ship back the wrong items, they did not send the right items back, and then they never refunded my son his money. They are unprofessional and dishonest!
