I'm not quite certain if this was answered elsewhere, however, did you purchase this account from someone? Because if so, you were robbed:

support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/38291010-Don-t-Buy-Accounts-

^^ You should read that. There are 3 ways an account can be stolen. It upsetting that it can be done, but the fact is, it happens often. I HOPE you get your account back, I know I would be upset.

Sadly, it's very DIFFICULT to get an account back, because of this:

Someone sells you an account. He/she gives you the login information. You log in, and play, and everything works perfectly. Two weeks later, you attempt to sign in, and it gives you a login error. You try everything, and to no avail.  This is what happens:

That person who sold you the account has ALL the info that he USED TO START the account. So, he contacted support, provided all the pertinent information, and the Support Representative, seeing all the correct information was given, gives the original account holder the account back, leaving the victim, with no account, and a loss of money.

There are actually 3 ways to get scammed. The website I posted gives all the types of scams, and they (Riot Games) breaks down each scam so you can see how it works.

Again. I'm sorry for your misfortune, and I HOPE, that you acquire your account back. Best of luck to you. :)

Are you the original owner?

Did you originally set up this account or did you purchase the account from one of the black market account resellers? If you purchased the account, then the original owner just claimed it back. Looking at that email you posted, they said your information did not match the record they have. They are not looking for email and password, they are looking for the REAL NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF BIRTH, etc that is on the account. Those are the things you verify identity with. In many MMOs you will have to fax them your Identification to verify that it matches with the name on the account.
