I recieved this letter from Raylene and laughed my A** off. Them I decided to check around about it. I ran 1 google search and got many results and verified the scam. Is this illegal can we so anything about it. JUST REMEMBER IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT'S A SCAM.
