It became apparent to Rip-off Report that Hy Cite Corporation / Royal Prestige is an honest and reputable company and is prepared to go the extra mile to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Hy Cite Corporation / Royal Prestige has demonstrated to Rip-off Report its commitment to provide excellent customer service. It should be pointed out that like all goals, there can be circumstance beyond their control which prevent them from satisfying everyone's demands.

Rip-off Report has learned that Hy Cite Corporation, which distributes Royal Prestige products through a nationwide network of distributors, has been in the business of selling high quality cookware for over 45 years, and takes great pride in its products and customer service. Hy Cite Corporation is a member of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Direct Selling Association, which requires all its members, such as Hy Cite, to follow its code of ethics. That code of ethics can be viewed at www.dsa.org. These efforts show that Hy Cite takes the code of ethics of these organizations seriously and has embraced it as their corporate culture.

Every honest business knows that legitimate customer issues arise from time to time. Our theory is, it is better to see how a company or individual rectified complaints in the past. Like always, some people called us and told us they did not want to reveal whether they were a legitimate Hy Cite customer, leading us to believe that many of the reports about Hy Cite / Royal Prestige are bogus.

In conclusion: We are pleased to report that at the time the findings of this report, Hy Cite Corporation / Royal Prestige has a POSITIVE rating.
