 I used Shawn Murray and Tony Locane of Royal LePage State Realty Brokerage 1122 Wilson STREET WEST Ancaster Hamilton ON L9G 3K9 to buy a loft in Hamilton Ontario Canada . As far as I'm concerned they are crooks.They worked both sides of the deal (something that honest agents - I later found out - never do without disclosing first). They lied to me about the amenities of the building - what they were going to put in and did anything he could to make a sale. They got special kickbacks from the builder and about 30% of the building ended up in foreclosure.
