On 8 Aug 2000, I ordered Books from Charlie Borrelli of Strategic Concepts, A branch of EZ BUY Charlie's Liquidating Bussiness. after 5 weeks without reciving the books, I ask for my money to be returned. On 31 Oct. 00 Charlie email me that my money would be return. on the 13 Nov. 00 he agreed again to return my money.
as of this date 11 Dec.00 I still have not recived my money. So beware of this man and anything that he may connected to.
