Ripoff. SMC Specialty Merchandise Corporation. I ordered the membership over the phone, but I cancelled because I did not like anything. Simi Valley California

On May we ordered over the phone the SMC membership kit. After we got the materials we realize that was nothing good, so we returned the materials back.

After a month we realized that we been charged from SMC on two of our credit cards. It was very confusing for us to understand how and why they did that. I called and they asked me to mail copies of credit cards showing the charges.


Today I got a leter from them where they delay the procesing.
WE ARE DELAYED IN PROCESING YOUR ATTACHED ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
1- We need your SMC Membership Number. Please write it in the blank space at the top of this page.

a- Don't they know the membership numbers when they charge people's credit cards ?

b- Why we got charged on two different credit cards and how they got our accounts?
