Purchased 2 VIP packages for CrueFest2 back in March - it is now July, concert is in one week and I have not received anything but concert tickets. Been going back and forth with Live Nation, FanFire, tickets@fanfire.com, orderhelp@fanfire.com and they each say that I should have received a promotion redemption code, but have not, and then they say that they only have one VIP code on file, etc. This is a SCAM! I am ready to go to my local authorities and report them for fraud and theft! I have purchased merchandise that I have NOT received!!!! Poor reflection on Motley Crue!
