Integrity is defined as firm adherence to a moral code. Well moral code does not exist there just the credit card agreement.

I have tried to pay off my bill and can't. I have a $1.59 balance after paying what I thought was my complete balance. I tried to change my address on the bill it was never changed. So I get the bill 2 billing cycles late and you guessed it 2 late fees. Is there proof of my address change of course not although I have called them twice. I was told by "Jesus" just because I check the Box and write my address large and clearly in the space provided this does not change my address I have to call in and specifically ask to change my address. "Why do you have the box then?" I asked. His response "the charges are still valid".
The customer service is really the customer distraction service while you try to resolve charges the response is "the charges are still valid". Even if they are in error. I am not going to stop here I am going to go to ever consumer advocate on tv, radio and newspaper that will listen. I will pay the $1.59 but not another cent to this company.
