I purchased a used car from Michael Dodge dealer. I made a deal with sales man for used car. we both agree on price and finance rate on friday, and I was told to come back to pickup car on Monday. when I went to pickup a car on Monday, Salesman had all the paperwork ready for car and finance. But,they cahnged finance rate in the paper and added $588 for unwanted service without my permission, and sales man rushed me to sign all the papers without reading all the papers, after one hour I checked all the papers and I went back to sales man, Manager, Business Manager, and asked about charged me more without my permission.They said, they can't do anything now.I said it is not my fault, and they said you can do whatever you want, we can't do anything.

Second thing was when I made a deal with sales man, there was a auto starter and auto alarm in the car, also they had in a sticker and they record too, but when they deliver the car, auto starter was missing from the car and auto alarm wasn't working. I asked them for that, but they said they don't want to do anything. I paid for the car, they don't care now.
