Ripped off and Beat in the Worst Way by Capital Chocie Consumer Credit
They got me real bad. Stupid me, I thought just like everyone else I had an opportunity to correct my poor credit and move ahead. However, my situation is a little bit different. When I spoke to this company about my so-called platinum credit issuance of $8,000.00, they told me my lifetime membership fee would be $199.99. I was also told I could use my credit card at local stores and merchants nationwide. I was also told I would have the ability to obtain "cash on hand" from affliated outlets. All lies!!! At that point I made payment through electronic checking.
When I received the bogus catalogs in the mail and realized I had been had, I sent a letter requesting the return of the $199.00 and returned all the stuff I had been sent (including the credit cards). I signed nothing. I live paycheck to paycheck like most. I feel so dumb for getting caught up in something so ridiculously obvious. I welcome your suggestions to help.
