Complaint Review: Capital choice consumer credit/First Natl.credit

I also sent in the $39.00 Fee to get A credit card that never showed up,We live on a fixed income and really couldn't afford the fee but we thought we were getting a credit card so we sent the money in and waited, waited,waited still no credit card then I tried to get a phone number and that was to a automated system never a live voice. I have received another offer for a credit card from someone else and don't know if it is also a ripoff or not and can't afford to be ripped off again,This one is called First National credit,If anyone knows about this company please let me know.I can't afford to be ripped-off twice. Thank You
