Ripped off by Cybersonic, Returned for repair and haven't gotten it back after 6 months
I purchased a unit in February of 2001. It was defective after about 1 month. Returned unit for repair and received a new one in about 2 months. That one was also defective. This happened 1 more time. I returned for the 3rd time in August and still have not received a replacement and can't get through on the phone.
